Rooibos (Red Bush)

This tisane is a fine grade for quicker extraction. It has a distinctively woody, nutty and earthy aroma with hints of smoky tobacco and vanilla.

Rooibos is grown in South Africa, 250km north of Cape Town in the Cedarberg Region.

This tissane is naturally caffeine free and has a fantastic relaxing effect on the drinker.

Delicious with hot or cold milk, with Lemon or on its own.

 Preparation: Use approximately 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour over freshly water just 'off the boil' and cover. Leave to stand for 2-5 minutes. Dispose of the used tea leaves.

Use with a tea strainer or tea pot to avoid the mess.
