This is a superior quality green tea with big leaves, and is bright in the cup.
It is sterilized in steam and pan fried to prevent the initiation of the fermentation process.
When brewed this tea creates a greenish yellow liquor which has a strong aroma and body.
Best enjoyed without milk.
Preparation: Use approximately 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour over fresh water at approximately 80C temperature and cover. Leave to stand for 2 - 2.5 minutes. Dispose of the used tea leaves.
Use with a tea strainer or tea pot to avoid the mess.
