An Update on How We Send Your Coffee

Hi Everyone,

We’re making a change to how we send your orders. After working with Royal Mail for many years, we’ve decided to move our postage to DPD.

We didn’t take this decision lightly. Over recent months we’ve experienced a significant number of lost packages. Even when packages did arrive, delivery times were very inconsistent.

By moving to DPD, we can now offer guaranteed next working day delivery with precise one-hour delivery windows, along with real-time tracking. This means you’ll always know exactly when your coffee is arriving.

We want to be upfront: this change may mean a small increase in postage for some packages. Reliable tracked delivery does come at a slightly higher cost. However, we’re pleased to confirm that we’re keeping our free shipping on all orders over £80, so larger orders won’t be affected.

Thank you for your understanding as we make this change. We’re committed to getting every bag of Pumphreys coffee to you safely and without the worry of it going missing.
