Gift Vouchers
The gift vouchers feel like a big missed opportunity as they are currently. There are only two monetary amounts, and despite just being essentially a code, it HAS to be printed by the shop and posted or collected manually. There is no option to email this directly to the recipient. Since gift vouchers are often a last minute thing people seek out for convenience (both for sender and recipient), this feels very backwards. Also, when I went to collect it, they just had it out on the shop floor on a shelf that anyone could have walked in and picked up. They also asked “is it for Tom?” rather than “What’s the name?”, so even if I didn’t just nab it, all I would have to say to steal the voucher is “I’m here to pick up a voucher” and “Yes”.
