The Colombian supremo is from Colombia's western Andes range, it is harvested by a small group of farmers working as a collective. The municipility is located at 1500 meters above sea level, where the average temperature remains at a steady 20 degrees all year round. With a perfect climate, soil quality and elevation, beans thrive in Colombia. The beans are picked twice a year usually during rainy seasons, the main harvest is collected between October to November and the secondary harvest between March and April.
