China Congou Orange Pekoe tea flavoured with cassia bark to produce the distinctive flavours of cinnamon flavoured tea.
Best enjoyed black.
Particularly popular at Christmas.
Preparation: Use approximately 1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Pour over freshly boiled water and cover. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes. Dispose ofthe used tea leaves.
Use with a strainer or tea pot to avoid the mess.

We've been buying this tea for years now and have it with breakfast, alternating with earl grey. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that is frequently out of stock in the Grainger market shop. Buy online from pumphreys to improve your chances of finding it.
