Pumphreys Fair Trade Teabags

This is a lovely bright clear looking tea with very little staining to a white teapot. I normally buy 2 bags at the same time as my coffee order. Unfortunately not any more as this time both bags had around 25 - 30% of badly sealed teabags with empty teabags and loose tea in the outer bag. I can accept sometimes things do go wrong but with this being over 2 bags it does feel like a general lack of care in the filling and packing as there must of been loose tea over the table/floor. I would say if you live local and can take the tea back if this happens to you as it is a really great tea, but if like me you need to order by post it may not be an ideal tea to purchase..

The taste is good but the overall product quality is variable. We've had teabags with varying levels of tea content and the last bag we bought has at least a third of the bags which aren't sealed resulting in tea all over the place. Not the best unfortunately
